  • I thought Monterey village was bad, this place is much worse. The office cares zero about there tenants, and are always very rude. I have yet to meet or speak to the property manager, seems she's like the wizard of Oz behind the curtain giving the orders all the time. Not to mention the creepy maintenence staff... they will do nothing about other tenant issues, such as noise complaints or parking violations, they will immediately direct you to their wonky security people or tell you to call the police. I don't even like going in the office, and try to avoid it at all costs. My roomate has a window in her room that doesn't fit the frame, they have been out twice and state "that's the right window"... ummm, it's blazing hot in her room in the summer and freezing cold in the winter from the draft... Definitely can't wait to move out of here. And by all means, don't waste your time, energy and money with this property. Horrible customer service.
