After spending over $300 on an RTR truck, they refused to assist me with some missing parts. Customer support apparently ends once you've walked out the door and they have your money. Luckily, the manufacturer has great support and I received the missing parts in the mail within a few days. What's the point of trying to support your local hobby store if their support is non-existent? I'll never spend another dime there, I'd rather order online and have to wait a few days for my items.
