  • I was disappointed with this place. I brought in a sweater that needed a few minor stitches. I thought I'd drop it off at lunchtime figuring I would then pick it up after work - hence the 30 minute alterations. Instead I was told it would take a week to do. I said fine and came back a week later and they forgot to work on my sweater. I then had to come back two days later and finally got my sweater. No discount given for having me run around for nothing, pathetic apology "We were so busy." Never using them again.
