  • Management needs to change. The people who run the restaurant are giving a bad name to Dominos. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. I have experienced this a few times. The last time I had a bad experience, was when I ordered 2 pizzas with a deal and got a coke. But the lady at the counter forgot to give us the coke. I had split the bill with a friend and when my friend went back to the store (after 2 minutes or less) they acted like they did not remember us and did not remember the deal or the fact that we split the bill just a few minutes back. A young guy who claims to be the manager said that it was not possible for him to honor the deal as he thought that my friend was lying. In the end he said he just did not want to create a scene but my friend kept telling that the manager was not doing a favor and just looking at the receipts would let him know that they forgot to give us the coke. He was extremely rude and refused to comply , he just wanted to make it look like he was giving us a coke as a favor. I think this manager should be fired and some one more matured and customer friendly should be hired.
