  • Haven't even used their service and I am highly disappointed. Recommend from my HW. No showed two days in a row for a plumbing repair that has caused my kitchen to be out of service for 2 weeks. Would not do any work until the pipe was exposed. Didn't even offer to give us a quote to open the wall since the warrenty only covers the pipes. I would never recommend a company that doesn't communicate or keep appointments especially when families have to take time off work.
