My mom has been looking for a new car, I always hear United Nissans ads on the radio so I recommended to my mom that we should go there. She doesn't have stellar credit but according to their ad, that's ok, they work with everyone! We get there and right off from the start I felt that the sales guy was acting like he was just blowing us off but figured it was just me because my mom seemed fine. Fast forward to sitting down running the numbers...the sales guy took my moms license and LOST IT!! Comes back with sorry there is nothing we can do for you. No car, can't find license and no portable grill. The grill was the least of our problems (even though the ad did say you get a grill with test drive and no purchase necessary). We left still in shock that they just lost my moms license and made it no big deal. My mom and I continued calling for 2 days and was put on hold for minutes at a time and still nothing. Her license wasn't found and the sales guy could care less. United Nissan didn't even offer to pay the replacement cost for her license of $18.25. I will spread the word to stay far away. Customer Service should be #1!!! Very shocked at the lack of professionalism!
