Home warranty work. Had a freon leak. Initially came out 72 hours after the first call to the home warranty company. Came out, recharged the unit but "found a faulty part" on the unit in the attic. Service guy told me he would be back out in 4 days to install the part.... half dozen calls and three weeks later.... finally get them back out. Install the part and again recharge the unit. 72 hours later, AC has completely stopped working. Prior to the "faulty part" being replaced the unit was running fine, after the freon had been recharged. Now my house is getting hotter, at 1am, after the the AC hsd been running for 6 hours....
This company lied to me multiple times regarding the initial 3 week delay and now has f'd my entire system.
Seem like a bunch of crooks.
I will update when or if I get a resolution.
UPDATE 1: Got a call from Robert at Cool Blew this morning. First thing out of his mouth was there was nothing he could do, that I needed to call the home warranty company.... needless to say... that escalated the conversation. So much so, that he hung up on me.
I had to call back and ask to speak to his supervisor, Robby. Initially, Robby wasn't much better than Robert but after 10 minutes of explaining everything they had done wrong regarding their service and breaking my AC system, he started to come around.
I am now waiting for a call back from Robby and have been on hold with the warranty company for 10 minutes.
As of now.... they have proven themselves to be a horrible company just out to maximized their payout from warranty companies while screwing the customer. Crooked.
