  • Customer service here is pretty rotten. We were looking through the flooring samples and couldn't find the bamboo, so we asked a lady where the bamboo flooring samples were. She looked up from her phone and told us it was in the flooring section, then went back to her phone. As we wandered the aisles, still looking for the bamboo, some of the other workers were shouting to each other as if their hearing aids had run out of battery. Obnoxious levels at their peak, we decided it best to leave with our sanity intact.
