  • I've lived here going on two years, new owners ain't great. I started having problems with my ac in June... They've had to come out numerous times to repair.. Last time it started having problems My unit was hovering in the high 90's and the first time they came out they tried to tell me nothing was wrong... Had to file another ticket and it took another day to get someone out again.. Fixed it, unit cools to the low 80's... $655 electric bills in the summer, and I live alone. Soon as my lease is up I'm outta this place.
