  • DO NOT bring your beloved pets here, unless you are looking for costly, unnecessary surgery. They care only about the bottom line and inflating it as much as possible. They prey on your panic and are absolutely the type of clinic 20/20 and those other news programs go undercover to investigate. I don't care about how much it costs (and it's not cheap) to keep my dogs who are my family members healthy. I let them know this, they used that to their advantage. They know they are your only option, which is how they stay in business. Dr. Felchle, DVM is nothing but a bloodsucker, and no two people in the clinic will give you the same information! I was given three different sets of directions for surgical after-care! And now I know, for a surgery that any other vet would have deemed unnecessary, and could have fixed my dog's eye problems with meds. But Dr. Felchle sent me into a panic saying how we "had to rule out cancer". I know now any other eye vet worth their salt would've know upon exam what my dogs problem was.
