  • Arrived at the desk at 11:20 pm a Wednesday and the line probably had 25 customers in it. There were three associates at that time, however after about 10 minutes two of them left leaving one girl serving customers. Incredibly poor service. Had to wait over an hour to get a pre-reserved car. I had earlier in the day had my blood pressure rise waiting at the post office frustrated at the speed of service, thinking that this would never happen at a private business. Well it did, and it was even worse.
