| - My boyfriend likes to collect different cases of games and at this location there was Rouge Legacy, priced very reasonably. We were checked out by this man with glasses and I'm pretty sure he had a ponytail. He was very chipper and bright, promising enough. We went to go buy the game and he was asked for his ID. This game is Rated E10, implying he looks younger than 10. Anyhow, he goes to pull out his ID and realizes he left his wallet at home. So I just decide to buy it and I'm still asked for my ID in the moment and the guy who was ringing us up said that I couldn't purchase it because he knew I was going to give it to my boyfriend, although both of us are very clearly over the age of 10. I come back an hour or two later, without my boyfriend, and grab the same game (thankfully it was still there). I go up to the counter to pay, is not asked for my ID, and the same man at the counter says they don't have the actual disk, but only have the display case. Worst experience I've ever had at a gamestop. Every other location and employee I've had help me was immensely nice, easy, and not a waste of my time. I see amazing reviews on Charene and I pray, if I ever even go back to this gamestop, that she's there instead of the other monstrosity of an employee.
