  • Converted my grass ( over 500 sq.feet) to desert landscaping to help conserve water. Tried to use their program but they didn't rebate any money because plastic was used under the rocks to stop weeds. So unfair.....they don't really care about a person conserving water, they find any reason to NOT give you a rebate and have you convert anyway.
