The most memorable dish from my Pho Saigon experience was the dessert: fried vanilla ice cream drizzled in honey. It's massive, so unless you've got some wild and out of control munchies, share this amongst friends. The rest of the food is good, especially the Tonkinoise soup. Apart from that, I'd say it's nothing out of the ordinary.
Quick and attentive service too, what more could you ask for when you're looking for some decent Vietnamese food in the area?
