If you've had teppanyaki before, skip it in Vegas. I have been to other Benihanas and several other Hibachi establishments. This place cuts corners and the service is mediocre, at best. We had a long wait for our drinks, long wait for our chef, he skipped the show/tricks (even though we had a birthday at the table), skimped on food portions, and nickeled and dimed us on everything.
At the end of the night, all nine of us had completely cleaned our plates due to the small portions of rice and veggies served. We all paid $5.95 fees for fried rice. We all felt frustrated with our bills and the included 20% gratuity with such a lack of quality service and food.
