  • My parents are elderly and this company has been taking advantage of them for 5 years. When their AC was first installed 5 years ago it immediately broke down for a month during the summer. My parents were expected to pay them hundreds of dollars to have it repaired. Every year since they have had to make costly repairs to it. One year they came to do "scheduled yearly maintenance" which is insane. When they came, the a/c wasn't working yet again, so they could not do the maintenance. That didn't stop these crooks from charging my parents for they maintenence that they didn't do! My parents finally just stopped using the a/c because it cost too much and they could not afford to pay for repairs anymore. My mother was treated disrespectfully when she went to speak to the owner of the company. He essentially threw my 70 year old mother out.
