| - I've been taking my car to Bob's for the last 3-4 years, and have always had excellent service. I was referred to Bob's by a friend because I was fed up with getting lied to and taken advantage of at Midas, Tire Works, Just Brakes, etc. Needless to say, I was a little hesitant, but was blown away by the fact that the quote was down to the cent. I was told how much time "the book" called for the repairs so I knew exactly how much I was paying in labor, parts, and tax.
One summer my old car needed EXTENSIVE work and Robert gave me a breakdown of the severity/necessity of the repairs so I knew what to do first, how long one repair could wait over another, etc.(To say I owned a lemon is a huge understatement!) I was thoroughly impressed by the honesty at this place. I'm a young girl who readily admits that I don't know anything about cars, but I have never once felt like anyone at Bob's took advantage of my ignorance.
This past fall, when my car turned 12 years old and neared 200,000 miles, I found myself in the shop every couple of weeks. After a few costly repairs, Robert suggested that it might be time to start thinking about a new car! Honestly, what mechanic has an old car in their shop who needs LOTS of repairs tell their client maybe they should consider a new vehicle since the repairs would cost more than the vehicle is even worth?! An HONEST mechanic who has their clients' best interest in mind.
I did finally get a new car, and I hope that it will be awhile before I have to go see them again for a repair, but when that time comes, I will, without a doubt, be back at Bob's because I know that I can count on them for the same reliable, friendly, trustworthy service that I have always received from everyone at Bob's!
Thanks for the GREAT service, guys!
