rev:text	I am extremely unhappy and will never do business with gaudin ford agan. I'll start by saying my famiky has purchased vehicles here on more than one occasion, so i went in with high expectations high hope tht this would be a pleasant car buying experience...... I went down and purchased a truck after work one night and drove away with what i believed was a great deal and i was extremely happy with the way things turned out, of course there was the usual haggling and going back and fourth, but we signed an agreement between the dealership and myself for zero down, zero interest for 72 months. Two weeks after i purchased the truck i got a call from the sales manager Frank saying i needed to come down and sign more paperwork. Upon arriving at the dealership, i was informed that my loan was being changed which meant my payment was going up due to the new intrest rate and on top of that, now they wanted money down. I told them absolutely not, and they said i would have to return the truck if i didn't like the new terms. I had already invested money into the truck by doing the window tint, purchasing a new key which was expensive because it was one of the electronic keys and a few other small things that i wanted done so i told them that they needed to refund me the money that i put into the truck because they were breaking a signed contract that both myself and the dealership agreed to. They refused to refund my money and were extremely unprofessional. Don't buy anything from this place, go to ford country and do business with people who will back their deals. Gaudin ford better be ready, i am reporting them to the BBB and will be taking them to court.
