  • I was having a great Friday until i had a tire blow out on my lunch break. As a female I had to change my tire and put on my spare alone, which wasn't fun, only for my spare to be flat too. So when I got to Pep boy's I was relieved. Tony, the general manager was very helpful and knowledgeable, he didn't try to over sale me. He gave me a great price for two tires that I opted to buy all four. Jose wrote up my paperwork and got all my personal information and was amazing. This team is doing great work they had all 4 tires mounted, balanced, and my car aligned within an hour! I was amazed. Thank you Tony, Jose, and Mike for a great job, I'll be back in a few weeks for my oil change.
