  • We booked through expedia, where the reviews were pretty decent. Upon arriving, a desk attendant had a personal phone call on speaker phone, and had an emotional breakdown (sorry for him but very unprofessional). After FINALLY being checked in, we got to our room. The door was obviously kicked in, at the right angle someone could practically look inside. The toilet was dirty, the shower curtain appeared to be backwards, and the blow dryer was broken. The loud aircondition does not turn off and our room was freezing... We ended up deciding not to stay the night after realizing the trust that ANYTHING was clean was completely gone. Was the bed clean? Likely not if they couldn't even clean the toilet or notice the broken door. We left and stayed at the Hyatt place in tempe, which was still affordable and a million times better than the 3 palms. Warning, this hotel (3 palms) is "independent" and can call itself a hotel, but it was definitely a low class MOTEL. if you're accostomed to cheap motels, this is fine, if you prefer decent hotels, keep looking!
