  • I've been to many nail salons modest to exquisite. This place was nowhere on that continuum. The people were not friendly, the place was very messy, and the service was cursory. I had an appointment for a mani/pedi and a woman started the pedi and a man started the mani. Someone without an appointment came in and they pulled the pedi person. The man who did my mani and pedi just went through the steps without any regard to my situation and my requests. I was not getting any polish, but got no extra attention to the things I requested nor was I given a price break. The service bordered on rude. I felt no confidence in the cleanliness of the place or their procedures. "Hot towels" was a ragged washcloth. There was debris everywhere and they were not busy. Their Xmas decorations were still up in March, if that gives you a sense of their attention to detail. I spent an hour or so at home finishing the job I had hoped they would do (shaping nails, buffing and shining, and tending to my rough heels).
