So I contacted the Dept of Health via their online chat because its been a week since I applied for my MMJ renewal. I asked the Dept of Health what was the status of my MMJ application since I havent heard anything no text, call, or email. They looked up my information and found out that UMMC didnt even submit my application till 155pm on 7/14/2016...I visited UMMC on 7/7/2016...So not only was I charged the fee for them to submit my application but they didnt even submit it till a week later. I realize that its not your life you have to worry about but some of us need our meds. The girl at the front desk is very rude, not only to me on my initial visit on the 7th, but to other customers on the same day, and when I called today 7/15 she was very short and hung up on me. Why pay money for services not rendered or for something that I could have gotten to the Dept of Health faster? Granted they refunded the 25.00 submission fee but that doesnt really fix the root of the problem. Highly disappointed and I will make sure to tell everyone and blast it on the facebook to NOT bring your business here again, I know I wont.
