  • Kat, the woman who quotes prices, was super helpful and kind. I was quoted a really good price and was able to set up an appointment and order the piece as well as get it installed within a few days. The only complaint i have is the front desk woman. she's not very friendly at all. upon paying for the repair, i noticed the total was more than what i was quoted. i brought this up to the receptionist who had me speak to Kat. Kat fixes it right away and gave me the price i was originally quoted. the receptionist seemed really irritated and annoyed and acted like it was a huge inconvenience. her bad attitude made me uncomfortable and unfortunately because of it, i won't be returning in the future. thank you Kat for all the help!
