  • What a joke!!! My wife rented a car (for her business trip) got an email confirmation (confirming the reservation) and when she arrived the representative told her there were no cars available. There was no sense of compassion. Her trip was ruined. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!! You all could have called her and advised that you didn't have any cars. I'm very upset at this :-( I guess making a reservation means nothing!!!
