  • Me and my fiancĂ©e were looking to buy a new mattress and decided to come into Mattress Firm. This is the location next to target on Eastern and Silverado Ranch. When we walked in we were greeted immediately by a guy named George. He was very pleasant to deal with and I liked him right away. We told him that we really new nothing about mattresses and needed help deciding what to get. You would think that because they work on commission that he would show me the most expensive mattress, but instead he asked me what I wanted and then made a recommendation for me. On top of that he asked another gentleman to come over and get a 2nd opinion. He introduced himself as Jack, and listened to George about what we wanted. They showed us 3 different mattresses and told us the pros and cons of all three. Jack and George were extremely knowledgeable and beyond friendly. We ended up spending almost $4,000.00 on our new mattress. I am writing this review because it arrived yesterday and I had the best night sleep of my life last night. I just wanted to take the time to thank George and Jack for an amazing experience. I will recommend my friends to come see you guys if they need a new mattress. Thanks again.
