| - Most of the washers and dryers are quite new and modern (with only two legacy washers), and the prices seem to be more or less within the range of another nearby laundromat I visited nearby not long ago (however a bit more expensive than the one in my building). The prices were however lower for their old top-loader washers, so that's nice as a more cost-effective option.
There is no sitting area within the venue, but there are chairs outside, so I ended up sitting in my car while waiting for my laundry to get done, since there was too much glare outside to be able to use my laptop. There were however 2 folding tables, and some baskets which I presume were for the use of the customers to transfer their laundry from the washers to the dryers, however since I wasn't sure due to the lack of signage, I didn't use them.
The floors were a bit dirty, and there were warnings saying that there was on-going remote camera surveillance, and if change was getting obtained to not be used at that location, that the change machine would be turned off remotely.
Street parking was rather limited at the time I was there, as I could only find spots that were limited to 1 hour, when it came to free parking.
All-in-all, I'd probably only return to this venue if I had to get laundry done urgently, and there was no other way to use any other laundromat.
