  • DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! Yes, they may give you a good deal, but their customer service is terrible. My engagement ring was purchased from this store. They did not meet the promised pick-up date and did not call when the ring was finally ready. Upon picking up the ring, the band did not match the design that they were asked to re-create and promised that they could. Full of apologies they promised to have the band re-designed and to provide a wax mold for approval before completing the ring. After several phone calls, we discovered that they had no recollection of the request to re-design the band. Luckily I had already taken home the original ring! When I took home the ring, they did not give me a box or any explanation about how the warranty works; this took two more trips into the store. Since taking it home, I have fallen in love with my ring and am no longer asking or trusting them to re-design it; however, I brought the ring in this weekend because the prongs holding the diamond were not smooth and were scratching me. I was told to bring it back in during the week, before 3PM - sorry but I work, so this isn't entirely convenient for me. Luckily my fiance was available to drop it off. Once again we were promised that if we bring it in during the week, they would do the repair within in an hour - I told them I was afraid to leave my ring over night because I may never see it again! So when my fiance dropped off the ring they said a week! I had to call back and remind them of their promise for one hour - finally they agreed to one hour. One hour to one week and back to one hour - how can that be so? And one of the most outrageous things that occurred during one of our many phone calls to the store - by the way, they never call back when they say they will - my fiance overheard the manager say to the staff "we've got to start writing things down!" Yes, I'd say that is good practice. Do not trust this place with your cash or valuables. They have made a very special part of my life full of frustration and worry.
