  • What a joke this company is, My water heater crashed and they were called by my warranty company. The tech saw some holes that were stamped in to the side of my water heater. And told my warranty company they were drill holes, so they denied my claim. The tech obviously doesn't know the difference between drill holes and stamped sheet metal. When I called them back and demanded they come and look again after seeing that my neighbors water heater had the same holes. The BIG boss told me no and said he had never seen a tank with stamped holes. Needless to say after getting a second opinion it was proven to my warranty company that their story was BS. I'm now having a new water heater installed under warranty. Never again will I use this sorry excuse of a company. And I made a formal complaint with my warranty company as well.
