rev:text	Fair service overall. I originally purchase a printer for this location and soon found out at home that it didn't have ink included.it stated on the box that it should have and for $379.99 it better have. I called bestbuy and they said rather than me just bringing in the receipt, they wanted me to pack up the entire thing and bring back this 40lb + printer back. Had to fight it back in the box and off I went again. When I got to the store, I had to ask for help. There was no one at customer service. Not a good thing to say and the store was dead. Barely any cars in the lot. I finally got someone and the guy I spoke to on the phone brought up another printer for me to verify that it does have ink. John was extremely helpful and actually asked what they could do to make this transaction better since I thinking of just returning this item and purchasing it at Staples. After some talk he did give me a better deal, asked if I needed someone to help me with it to the car, and was very satisfied with this transaction. It's not a fault of Best Buy in regards to the ink but they could have handled it a little easier by just giving me the ink that should have been included rather than forcing me to pack this monster back up and carry it all over town. Customer service reps should have been at the desk without having me chase them down. John was really helpful so that the only reason I'm giving this 3 stars. Not sure where this place is going buy if they keep it up, they'll end up like circuit city with online purchases only. Good luck guys and I home something happens with leadership to change things around.
