  • My move in was great Dena was awesome I signed a six month lease never had any issues til this month being my last month here! Apparently they moved the office manager and put this other women Marisol in there as a manager, well that's the first mistake, second mistake is i wasn't notified I had to call to get the prorated amount of my final month here , so when I called on the 4th she told me the amount at that time she didn't mention any late fees as per my lease I had til the 5 before the late fee starts, got a money order went to pay it on my lunch break ,nobody was in the office at 2pm and another tenant was waiting as well she said for two hours ! So I used the night drop, I get home after work and there is a notice on my door for late fees and apparently a dog I don't have! 300$ pulse 100$ for this imaginary dog that shit outside somewhere! Do these people even look at the lease or just make assumptions before checking it out! So at this point I'm guessing all is good ! Nope now I get a notice that this new pay method is in effect as of the first of January. I was told by the previous office manager to pay in office since its a prorated amount and won't be able to pay online, another miscommunication. So now I have to pay a ridiculous amount of 100$ as a processing fee even when I was told not to pay the damn thing online! Ok so paid all late fees and again this morning I get this god damn letter once again telling me I can't pay at the office , look! at this point this is harassment ! I have never had to deal with such stupidity , oh and I am still waiting for a return call from the property manager Mary to get some resolve! I had three co workers interested in a apartment here but I think I'm going to tell them this isn't where they want to be! I'm so frustrated with this whole ordeal!
