I've spent thousands of dollars on jewelry for our wedding at this location. They have mishandled the order for my simple tungsten wedding band.
Purchase Day: "Thanks for your order, it should be here in a week."
Week 2: "Your ring is here!" (Two full sizes larger than ordered) "We'll get the right size on order and it'll be here in a week!"
Week 4 and Week 6: "Thanks for calling us, we can't find any record of you re-ordering this... We'll get this on order and should be here in a week."
Week 8: Spoke with store manager, he apologizes and claims that the ring will be there in three days... I demanded they order two more rings to be sure I get the right size since we are now weeks away from our big day and he refuses.
I have an email in to my friend who is a director at Sterling Jewelers (which owns Jared) so hopefully they'll get this problem fixed for future customers. I've also sent feedback to Signet Jewelers (which owns Sterling Jewelers) and expressed my concern as a stockholder.
