  • Brian Sterling is the best! Highly recommend him as your service advisor. He's been mine for 3 and a half years and is very trustworthy, never recommending unnecessary services or repairs. Sometimes I am waiting a long time for an oil change but I think that that's the price you pay for going to a busy Toyota dealership! They tend to overbook. I've been to Hartford Toyota, Torrington Toyota, Larry miller Toyota, and Findlay Toyota and they all take forever ?
