  • It's not a 5 star property. Service at pool isn't stellar, they seem more annoyed than anything. 45 minute check-in because they didn't show that my kids were with me (confirmation email clearly did), 3 towels in the room each day for four of us. Had to ask for shampoo/conditioner because it wasn't ever replaced. And, too far for my taste from Scottsdale.
