Hmm I did come in for the AYCE but left paying for a la carte.
My co worker and I discovered this place after going to a pumpkin patch nearby.
Now, I feel like this joint can be compared to Jjanga on Decatur because every roll I got was a 10/10.
Upon arrival, there was no wait, and we got seated immediately. The server was so pleasant and patient that it made me feel bad when we made things so complicated for him.
Let me just say that I always go out to eat sushi with my sister and we eat so much. We can eat up to 8 full rolls but that wasn't the case for this place. I went ahead and ordered 6 rolls as my co worker ordered 2 rolls. I was so surprised that she barely finished one roll. Yeah well we ended up having to pay for the left overs and it was either $88 in ayce or $80 in a la carte + we can take the left overs to go. We still got mochi in the end--they only have mango and strawberry--
I've come to a conclusion that most of their sushi rolls come in 10 pieces rather than the 6-8 I'm used to at other sushi joints. Could be why we still ended up with so much at the end but I'm frustrated that I didn't finish everything. I will be back!
** Oh yeah, ayce is $27 per person**
