  • I ordered a steakhouse bacon burger. It came with no bacon and the lettuce, tomato and pickles were as cold as little ice slivers. It made the whole burger cold, including the bun. I asked the manager if my burger was supposed to have bacon on it. He had no idea. I told him it was the steakhouse burger but he still didn't know. He did say he would make sure I wasn't charged for bacon since I didn't get any. They took a WHOLE DOLLAR off my bill. On the plus side, we did not get seated right next to the kitchen door like the last couple times. I think this will be our last visit.
