My experiences with Telus were so bad for so many years and in so many separate incidents that I eventually severed all ties with this business. My worst and last experience with Telus occurred during the events that surrounded my mother-in-law's illness and passing a few years ago. She was over 80, not fully literate in English and did not have internet access. Nevetheless, they relentlessly pushed into managing her accounts online and made it increasingly difficult for her to get access to assistance by telephone.
