  • Let me start by saying I called and told the manager I wanted to speak w owner & never heard back so here we are. Tech was nice although service was not the best job. I asked for a paraffin gel pedicure, showed price sheet stated $65. Didn't want that for hands as it entails a mask, just wanted paraffin dip on hands and gel polish. Was charged for both paraffin mani and pedi totaling $100 and an additional $40 for the gel polish on hands and feet. The "manager" told me and the tech "if she had paraffin on her hands she gets charged for the full service whether she got it or not". So they charged me for a service I did not get. I'm sorry but you've been open for 7 days and this is how you start out? After tip the total was $168 and today my nails are bubbling. (its been one full day since they were done) Needless to say i won't be back. In regards to the manager who was absolutely miserable, kindness goes a long way.
