| - This place is a total scam. Only reason I went was because I had a gift card. The technicians are lazy, speed through the job, are rude, and talk about you the whole time. My technician sped through my spa pedicure, which should take at least 45 minutes since it involves more pampering. She finished in around 30 minutes, barely massaging my legs, the hot towel and water burnt my legs. My toe nail paint looks like my 8 year old daughter did it. She didn't scrub my feet or pumice them cause they were "already soft" according to her. When I was looking at my toes when she finished, and saw how awful they were painted, the other technicians started staring at me seeing I was unhappy and started saying crap about me, like how dare I be disappointed for a service I'm paying good money for? When I asked her to repaint a toe that wasn't even fully covered, she half assed it, and then said I was done and she walked away while laughing with the other technicians. Then to make matters worse, I call to complain and asked to speak to the manager, and after complaining, my sister who frequents My Bella, asked me if the women I spoke to had good English, I said no. Turns out, I didn't speak to the manager, the women on the phone lied and told me she was the manager, but in fact the manager (who speaks very good English) wasn't even at the salon that day. Also never tell them you have a gift card before you get it done, they'll do an even worse job, try to say you can't use you're card once it is done, or try to add a "gift card surcharge". This place needs to close cause they are cheap, bitchy, and total scammers.
