  • This was my first time here, with my dogs Lola and Sophy. I popped in the morning before I made an appointment, and they were busy but Jack showed me around and explained how the gently treat the dogs, what their services are, and generally made me comfortable about leaving my dogs there. They realize the importance of making and keeping your dog calm and comfortable. When I visited, they had two groomers working on a dog each (both dogs on the tables were calm and totally okay with the groomers. One dog was already finished in a little pen and one dog was waiting, separated from the rest as he was a new rescue and, while he seemed sweet, his behavior in this situation was unknown and they wanted to make sure the other dogs were safe. They did wonderful jobs in my dogs and Lola and Sophy looked great and were happy and untraumatized. I will definitely return and recommend them.
