  • Was looking to bring my company here for some team building. I have been here once before and remembered that they have a pizza hut express. Having a craving for pizza, I called 30 min ahead to place a pick up order as well to pick up information on bringing in a group next month. I show up and it took about 10 minutes before somebody greeted me at the concession counter. Asking for my pizza, I get the dumb deer in a headlights look. She argues with me that I did not place an order here. Some other lazy customer service person stands up from behind another counter with a book in hand, and says "oops i forgot to tell her to make it" 1. you lost my business for good 2. We will never hold a company function there. 3. Your customer service and attitude needs a minor adjustment.
