  • After hearing great things about the salon and needing to find a new hair salon, I decided to give them a try. I purchased a Living Social package for a haircut and style and 2 days before the appointment, the hairdresser texted me about possibly changing my appointment time, which I had no issue with. I get to the salon, the girl at the front says they were unable to call me to confirm so wasn't sure I was coming- even though I texted the stylist a few days prior. I get in the chair and the stylist steps away multiple times to answer his phone (I stopped counting at 4). He wasn't too friendly, complaining that I had long thick hair, which I disclosed when I made the appointment!! I guess he usually has an assistant help on Saturdays and she wasn't there, so he was behind and as such, he rushed to dry my hair, burning my ear and scalp. Then I go to pay and was told I owe an additional $10 for my "extra hair". For the all the hype people give the place, I must say I was beyond disappointed- one of my worst experiences in a salon ever!! Will not be going back nor will I recommend the place to anyone.
