  • The only reason I go there is for my kids, they enjoy the Happy Meal toys so will treat them every now and then but it ticks me off at the customer service is so poor and employees are so deceitful. I placed an order the other day and ask for two happy meals for boys knowing that they were out of boy toys they stuff the bag with girl toys and rush me off while getting my entire order wrong. When I confronted the employee she giggles knowing they were out of the Pokemon toys and gave my two sons some pink toys. She told me to take the toys to a different McDonalds and exchange them. I know it's petty but I just don't like to be underminded or tricked if you're out of a product let me know and pay more attention to detail when getting the orders together. The the manager deserves some credit because she made it good by comping me too happy meals the next day but the employees need some training. Advice to future Customer make sure to check your orders because I promised they will mess it up and they get upset if you check it before you leave. I'm sorry to say but they do not deserve a $15 an hour for poor customer service
