Not sure what happened to my last review I will try again
I had my house painted by this company they hurried through the project. The sales person explained how they work and and process very well. I went forward with my house painting only to receive a poor paint job. Geno was only there for 2 days when they had 3. They tried to take paint with them after job and Geno
Pushed me at end of day to inspect there job last they day they were at my house. Definitely not what I expected for suppose premier painting company. When I walk around house they repaired stucco by filling with caulking and painting over it with it still wet. I noticed over spray and runs on my doors, light spray on my house. The owner Joe Miller came out to see these problems for himself and found more light spray on the house I missed, and poor tape job leaving old color around windows. After Joes visit he set up another appointment for them to come out again and finish bad areas. Geno never showed up or called before appointed time. He did this another time after new appointment set up. Then Geno called and said he will call me when he had time. I never got the after months of waiting. I emailed Joe to inform him of the situation after months of waiting. Joe made another appointment once again Geno never showed up to complete the work. That's 3 times I was blow off after moving stuff away from house and putting it back. This was not easy since I'm disabled. If I had an employee like Geno I think he would be looking for a new job after his no customer service. I wait long enough and lied to I started doing the stuff I could reach myself it was clear he had no intention on coming back. I wish I had gone with the thumbtack painter at least he had customer first, and same warranty with half the cost. VERY Disappointed that I thought I had made choice to go with Arizona Painting Company.
Update they have made no effort to repair there poor paint job, time to go to BBB to get my money back
