  • Very poor experience here today. Visiting like most people coming here. I broke a nail and needed a repair. Called first to see if they had time for me and how much it would be. Was told it would be anywhere from $10-$20. Okay cool. Went in 15 mins early as they asked when booking and waited 30 mins for anyone to come back for me. I eventually just asked if she was ready and that's when i was taken back. My nail tech was nice and friendly. This post is not about her but about my experience at the salon. Paid, left. 20 mins later received a phone call stating I was mischarged and I would need to come back and pay more for the one nail they fixed. Literally over $5. Most unprofessional call I have ever received. Horrible business practice especially for such a trivial amount of money. I explained I had an event to attend like I mentioned when booking and I could not come back then. So the woman argued with me on the phone until I eventually just hung up. I do not recommend this spa to anyone visiting.
