rev:text	We took our Shih Tzu in at 8:45 am to the Tempe location for a full grooming on 9/29/16. We waited patiently for a call back. We were told it would be 4-5 hours. Not sure why so long unless the groomer tries to do more than one at a time. Our sweet dog is the most Precious dog ever and her name is Precious. She is two and a bit spunky and playful. We didn't hear back, so called at 1pm. After 3 calls and no answer, we decided to go directly to Preppy Pets. No one was at the desk. Eventually they came out and the guy said he tried to call me and it just rang and rang. He didn't try to call me. He even repeated my number and it was correct. No message and no call in my history. Lied to my face. They brought her out and she did not seem like her usual self. Very timid and no spunk. I asked to speak to the groomer named Daniel. I was told he was gone for the day. The next day I figured out why he probably was hiding in the back. We discovered he had cut our dog underneath her chin. There was dried blood and some of her fur was stuck in it and a scab. She was very quiet and when I tried to look at it close, she pulled away. I called and spoke to Daniel and he denied everything of course, but kept repeating he was sorry. Why would you keep saying your sorry if you didn't do it. I think a few employees were in the back trying to figure out what to do, no one called me because they were scared and Daniel was no where to be found. I now am disputing this charge and will NEVER be back. My poor dog Precious.
