  • Wow I have been to many quest, but I am shocked of how rude this lady is. The only consistent thing she does is be rude to everyone. And I can't believe they have her up in the front counter. Anyone that has any customer service skills knows that you can't be chewing gum while try to speak to your clients. She was chewing so loud that I could hear her from the furthest seat in the waiting room. I am shocked.
