  • If I could give this company a zero, I would. They came to my house to do an estimate because the bathroom upstairs leaked and damaged the ceiling of my downstairs bathroom. Apparently, the damage was not "big" enough for them to be interested in this project, since they suggested to my boyfriend that if any person in that house had lung disease, not to use that bathroom and just leave it as is, since the damage is not too much and it is just exterior mold and it would cost a lot of money for them to repair that. We are not the ones paying to fix it, so we told them we do not care how much it would cost, we just wanted it fixed, especially because I suffer from asthma, and we just moved into this house and I don't want to have problems in the long run. After a week+ of waiting for a phone call or estimate, my boyfriend decided to call. The secretary picked up, put him on hold, and then said that she will pass the message because apparently there was no estimate done and they were real busy at the moment with some big commercial project. That was another week ago. They didn't even have the courtesy to notify us that they were unable to help us or that they needed more time or anything. What a waste of time.
