rev:text	I don't normally write negative reviews, but in this case, I feel I have to. Upon walking into this shop, immediately the stench of urine and ammonia hit you right in the face. It's not well ventilated, and I felt quite faint after dropping off my dogs. I've taken my dogs to other pet places, and none smell as rank. This place is not clean. The grooming areas are sealed from the public. I asked to speak to a groomer once, and they said groomers don't talk to customers. Yeah, whatever. This place does not require proof of shot records, so you could potentially put your animal at risk if they haven't been properly vaccinated. Their prices suddenly jumped from $35.00 for a dog groom, to $50.00. I wouldn't mind paying that, as upon pick up, the doggies are wearing a cute scarf. However, they don't tell you about the price increase until pick up. There are no prices listed anywhere. I was unlucky enough to deal with Sheridan on several occasions. Unfortunately, she is the rudest, most unprofessional person I've ever encountered. Kara is a sweet girl, but isn't money or business minded as she keeps this thot Sheridan on staff. It's been rumored Kara had to borrow each month to break even, thus the price hike. On one occasion, whilst picking up my dogs, Sheridan was talking about me to two other employees. She made it obvious, as she was attempting to hide behind an Isle. One of the employees confirmed with me later that day, that Sheridan did in fact belittle me to her, and that this isn't the first time, as she talks freely about customers behind their backs. This is unfortunate, and because of Sheridan and her nasty attitude, Kara is going to lose a lot of business. My dogs have been cut several times, no money has ever been refunded. At this last groom, both dogs came home with their poopers bleeding and red. One of my dogs couldn't poop or sit for a few days. I wondered why my dogs would whine when we pulled up to this place. Needless to say, I will not return as long as Sheridan is there. I'll also be spreading the word to my friend who take their dogs there. I think Kara could have a prosperous business without a thot of an employee.
