rev:text	As a full time RV'er I've been in every state in the US over the past 5 yrs. I have seen all kinds of service and lack thereof on this journey. It's difficult to find quality nail technicians while in transit. I depend on YELP for Service reviews and chose Hannah Nail Spa. The salon is clean and bright in a small mall with easy parking. The shop lacked air conditioning which could be a negative. Staff's very pleasant/efficient. I asked for acrylic fill with gel polish on tips and nail art on each nail. Interpersonal communication was easy, craftsmanship was excellent and I came away with exactly what I asked for - even a little more design than I requested and I love it. Appt. took 1 hr 10 mins. I've read numerous reviews about cracking & have experienced the same problem lately. Sometimes it cracks within the hour of my appt. The one thing each suspect salon had in common was the new dry lights that dry in 1/2 the time. They dry so fast the gel cracks like it froze. In speaking with Hannah about this experience in other salons she said she discovered that to be a problem and reverted to her older lamps or uses the new ones in a 2 step dry to ensure the top coat dries slower and does not crack. Wise lady and excellent technician. So, I am EXTREMELY please with service and technique. Cost was average for the service and I will return when in the area and recommend her to others. To the rest of us - request a slower dry up front of service to avoid the cracking. Thanks, Hannah.
