rev:text	Not sure why this place has such bad reviews, but I'll give you my take on the place... My boyfriend and I have been living here since November. We live in a tiny one bedroom one bathroom unit, but it's really all we need since we work so much. When we moved in, the place was clean, had new carpet and a washer/dryer. Yay! There were a few things here and there that needed to be done but it met my expectations. I was waiting to write this review until I experienced a maintenance need and today was the day. Yesterday our window was cracked from the bottom up, today we woke up to the A/C broken. We put in a request for both, but silly me, I forgot to check it was okay for them to come in without me being there (I was in a rush). So, I called them at about 6:20 (after office hours), told them I needed my A/C fixed ASAP and they could enter whenever possible and the guy was here at about 6:35...seriously, I thought they would come tomorrow or something but nope, he was there pretty dam fast. 15 minutes later my A/C is fixed and he said he would have a guy over here tomorrow for our window. I am very impressed and grateful. We pay $700 (not including water, tax ect.) per month for this place and I can say with confidence that it is well worth it. It's safe, we get along with our neighbors, has great amenities and a really friendly maintenance crew. I do have one complaint however...the woman on the after hours phone line is so rude. Like seriously, if I didn't need my A/C I would have told her a thing or two and hung up. But otherwise, 5 stars!!
